Information we might collect
When you contact us through the website, by telephone, in writing or by visiting our showroom, we will be privy to personal details you provide to us such as your name, address and contact details. Taking orders from customers means we will collect additional information necessary to perform the contact such as project site location, bank account and debit/credit card details and the address to which those cards are registered. Such details are only kept for as long as it is necessary to complete a transaction, fulfil the contract or comply with legislation. If customers or potential customers express an interest in our products and services, we may also collect and retain information in order to keep them informed on matters that may be of interest.

Sharing personal data with third parties
We do not sell any personal data to third parties. Your data will only be provided to 1. select third parties who are known to us if it is necessary to do so in order to fulfil a contract that you or your representative have entered into with us 2. other third parties to whom we might have a legal obligation to provide information.

Information about you will only be kept by us for as long as there is a legitimate basis for doing so. This will include the purpose of fulfilling a contract to which you or your representative are party. If you have expressed an interest in our products and services, we will keep your contact details on file but they can be removed at any time you request us to do so. If you have purchased from us, some elements of your data may need to be kept for legal reasons such as compliance with accounting practices.
